We fillet our Trout by hand and dry cure with salt which removes the moisture to act as a natural preservative. We then smoke the cured Trout over sustainably sourced Oak for around 16 hours before slicing and packing it ready for you to enjoy.

Our finest Wiltshire Trout is grown in the fast flowing waters of the River Avon, in accordance with standards set out by Quality Trout UK ensuring the highest standards of welfare and best farming practice. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives go into making our delicious smoked Trout, just a lot of time and effort.
Preferred by many to Salmon due to its less oily texture and slightly sweeter taste, its delicious served with a simple salad garnish or if you feel like getting creative view our recipe ideas for inspiration.

SALSA certification is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.
