Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon reared in the clear waters off Scotland’s West Coast. We hand fillet and cure the Salmon before hot smoking over Oak, slowly cooking it resulting in a light, flaky texture unlike traditionally cold smoked salmon. High in Omega 3, perfect for a healthy salad.
