Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product you received is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product is not as described or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note, we do not offer refunds for:
- Perishable goods that have been opened or partially consumed.
- Products purchased on sale or with a promotional discount.
- Products that have been stored or handled incorrectly after delivery.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at info@wilts-smokehouse.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
Include photographic evidence of any damage or defect, if applicable.
We may ask for the product to be returned to us in its original packaging for inspection.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If applicable, return shipping costs will be covered by Wilts Smokehouse for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we will gladly exchange the product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@wilts-smokehouse.co.uk
