We are continually monitoring the guidelines and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England and are committed to making the right decisions with the safety of our staff and customers at the forefront. We are still fully operational however we have implemented a number of changes and procedures to eliminate all contact unless absolutely necessary. These have been detailed below, and are under constant review which means they may change at any time. Please check back here regularly for any updates to our services.

General

We have closed the premises to all visitors, with the exception of essential deliveries. Such items are being left on the doorstep and thoroughly disinfected before being brought in for processing. Additional hand sanitisers have been provided throughout the building and are in use. All areas of the building, including non-food preparation areas are being regularly sanitised as well as all additional checks by management for all usual cleaning procedures.

Online and Telephone Orders

We are processing all online and telephone orders as usual. These are being distributed with our trusted couriers, APC Overnight (Priority Express Bath) who have in place all appropriate measures to ensure customer safety, these can be viewed on their website by clicking here. APC are experiencing high volumes of parcels, so there is a potential for delay however perishable goods are being prioritised. If your delivery is delayed, rest assured it is packaged in insulated packaging with ice to keep it cool for 48hrs.

Anglers and Individuals

We are not accepting produce from individuals for smoking, this includes fish brought in by anglers. If you brought in fish for smoking prior to our current arrangements please contact us to arrange return delivery by courier. Any anglers fish not returned by courier will be frozen for future collection.

Trade Enquiries

We are still very much open to trade enquiries during this time. We understand that food businesses and outlets are under growing pressure to adapt in order to stay operational in the current climate, with focus shifting away from foodservice and more onto retail.
